The Achilles Heel was a concept in the making since the birth of my daughter Madelyn in 2001.  It was the perfect combination of my passion for athletic endeavors and my responsibility as a parent.  I want my daughter to grow up realizing that there are more important things in life than just crossing the finish line.  So now that The Achilles Heel is a reality it’s more about helping others cross their “finish line”.  Whether that is at the Muddy Monster Cross Country Run or improving the lives of children in our community (see Achilles Heel Programs).
