Muddy Monster Cross Country Run

Event Details

Muddy Monster will be held in Cedar Rapids, IA on Saturday, October 25^th at Noelridge Park (this is a new venue due to the flooding impacts at Seminole Valley Park). The course is both participant and spectator friendly.

The course consists of a 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk, a 15K (9.3 mile) run, a Monster Mile (for youth runners under 18) and a Lil’ Monster Dash (.25 mile) attracting runners of all ages and athletic abilities.
